LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
Hello readers, My name is Dan Ostberg, and I am currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Protec Jr Ducks (EHL), a Tier III Junior Hockey program in the state of New Jersey. I oversee all the off-ice player performance and development for the Jr Ducks. Currently, I am residing in the state of New Jersey, where I have grown up for the majority of my life. I even attended The State University of New Jersey, Rutgers-New Brunswick, where I obtained my Bachelors of Science. After Rutgers, I went on to earn my Master's Degree from Ohio University (I was a Bobcat, not a Buckeye). Post-graduation, I have worked for the Princeton University Athletic Department and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
